 What platform are you all using?  I have to say this still is not working
 for me, and there is no consistent recipe across platforms.  For example:
 in Windows XP, with no proxy needed, if I choose SSL _or_ clientLogin,
 Pidgin fails to connect to AIM.  Both must be disabled in order to
 connect.  Yet both can be enabled in Fedora 12, unless a proxy is needed,
 at which point neither can be enabled, etc.  I don't get it.
