 I've just upgraded to Pidgin 2.6.6, the portable version, and noticed that
 the op/voice status is no longer displayed for some IRC channels (e.g.
 #catalyst on irc.perl.org), but *is* displayed for others (#catalyzed on
 irc.perl.org). Screenshots attached.
