 I'm having an issue very similar to ticket #10093
 (http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/10093), can only see my video, can hear
 both sides, other person can't see my video, etc. However, I have the
 mentioned plugin packages, and while gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad-multiverse
 didn't include x264enc, gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly-multiverse did, as
 reported by gst-inspect. However, having installed that, alongside those
 other recommended plugins, it still hasn't fixed my issue. I've attached a
 log of starting a video session.

 P.S. Sorry if I'm doing anything incorrectly, I haven't filled out a
 formal bug ticket before.
