 For months now I have been unable to connect to goggle talk in Pidgin. I
 have googled the hell out of this and I haven't found a resolution. I have
 fiddled with the settings checked and unchecked, tried different port
 numbers

 '''For domains''' - I have tried googlemail.com & gmail.com
 '''On the advanced tab''' - I have tried ports 5222 & 5223 tried checking
 an unchecking all options and all combination's and the connect server
 talk.google.com.

 upon some changes I get a certificate prompt, I accept and then I get the
 same 'not authorized' error.
