 1) The connect server is specified
 2) I cannot provide Adium info as that one is mac-only as far as I can see
 3) I have attached first part of xml log of PSI v0.13, having a succesfull
 logon
    Hope this is helpful.
 4) It is still happening in pidgin 2.6.6
