Comment:

 What's happening here is that the Yahoo P2P stuff doesn't get canceled
 correctly when the account is disconnected before it finishes listening on
 a local port.

 I don't have time to figure out all the different ways that the code in
 question is accessed, but the solution is that the
 `purple_network_listen()` with the callback of
 `yahoo_p2p_server_listen_cb` needs to be canceled when the account is
 disconnected.
