 Hi guys. Sorry if this is a duplicate, but I searched for it and did not
 find any relevant tickets.

 This doesn't happen often but sometimes contacts info is not being saved
 locally. I have a contact in my list who uses XMPP protocol. All her
 information like full ame and title is there. But by default I see only
 her nick name. However, if I right click and choose "Get Info" her contact
 "gets" the name a properly displays it, until I exit the client. Is that
 the correct behavior?
