 It's impossible to insert string, containing symbols "«" and "»" into
 message field.
 Only first "«"(from the whole string) is inserted and nothing more.
 It only appears in jabber messages - p.e. in ICQ it's fine.
 I'm on Windows XP Pro. (Havent't tested on other platforms yet)
