 The fact that the muc room doesn't push other members in the case where a
 user drops and rejoins before the server notices they are gone is actually
 more of a spec bug than a server issue, I don't believe the server changes
 that fix #8139 (whatever they are exactly) are going to have any affect on
 this. The problem here is exactly that as far as pidgin is concerned we
 are joining a new room but as far as the server is concerned we are simply
 updating our presence. Until and unless the spec gets this sorted out the
 only "solution" is likely to be to join then part then join again, to
 force the server to notice you've left and come back.
