Comment:

 This is not a general error - it is something specific about your machine
 that is causing the problem (MSN works fine for lots of people using
 Windows 7).

 As QuLogic mentioned, there isn't enough in the log to know what the
 problem is, but I would start looking at any firewall/security/virus
 protection software you have installed.
