Comment:

 The certificate is expired.  Pidgin will prompt every time for
 certificates that are expired or not yet valid, and we have no intention
 of changing that.  Including the certificate in the certificate store,
 which we will not do because it's not a valid root CA cert, will not make
 a difference here.  Talk to the server administrator and get him/her to
 install a new certificate.
