 You probably need to update the `ca-certificates` package, then run
 `update-ca-certificates`.  For the record, the SHA1 fingerprint of the
 certificate I get for login.yahoo.co.jp is
 d2:0e:a0:4a:f7:d7:0b:bd:13:ce:07:fd:ce:c4:19:9c:be:68:cf:0b, but it's
 possible there are multiple certificates.
