 When making a video call from Pidgin 2.6.5 on Ubuntu to the Google Talk
 video chat plug-in on Windows, I can see myself, but the other side can't
 see me. Voice appears to work, but instead of the image from my webcam,
 the Google Talk video chat plug-in just shows the generic blue outline.
