 I tried write
 binding "my-bindings"
 {
           bind "<ctrl>v" { "cut-clipboard" () }
       bind "<ctrl>c" { "paste-clipboard" () }
 }
 widget "*pidgin_conv_entry" binding "my-bindings"

 in gtcrc-2.0, does not work.
