 I mislabeled the subject; it was meant to read 'Pidgin won't connect to
 AIM' (which should be entirely obvious based on the content of my last two
 comments).  That does not excuse your unprofessional behavior nor excuse
 that there is still a bug present.

 Feel free to wipe the bug report (again).  You're obviously not interested
 in addressing defects in your product and I certainly won't using this
 product again as I cannot trust its developmental team.
