 I'm not posting here to stroke my ego, I'm here to report a bug to you.  I
 don't care what you think of me and I'm not going to go to bed tonight
 upset that so-and-so developer didn't like that I called him or her
 unprofessional; you are and it's still in my best interest to steer far
 away from teams with this kind of contempt for users.

 I didn't look at the bug ID's close enough and missed that you marked it
 as a duplicate of a similar ID.  Glad the bug is open and that your team
 will take another swing at it.
