 Same problem here (2.6.4, Windows 7 Professional, 32-bit). Has worked fine
 for quite some time. Failed today with the above error. I did not apply
 any updates or install anything new. No firewall changes either. Happened
 out of the blue. Upgrading to 2.6.5 did not help.
