 This has occurred in at least the past couple versions. I'll move a single
 user from a group (e.g. General) to another group (e.g. Family), close
 Pidgin, and the user will be back in the previous group. Oddly, in order
 to get these users in the "General" group, I renamed "IM Friends" and
 "Buddies" to "General" to effectively merge them.
