New description:

 Hi, we just discovered a little annoying bug in pidgin's hyperlink parser
 with UTF symbols. e.g. in the main chatwindow submitted string like
 "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Motörhead" highlighted and linked only as a
 "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mot" örhead, i. e. without "örhead" in
 hyperlink body - right away from any UTF-based symbol, like "ö" or russian
 "г". Can you fix it? Thanks in advance & Cheers from exsovietrussia,
