 @salinasv: no wait. I'm the current developer of the 3rd party plugin. But
 that plugin won't work until you merge the attached patch.

 I've been waiting for its inclusion for many months, but noone did that.
 Please test it and include it into the main trunk.

 All the issues reported in this ticket are fixed in the last version of
 the patch. Please read comment #30 above, where it's explained.
