 The ":D" smiley looks very akward, like it has down syndrome or something,
 and people may take offense to that. It doesn't really look at all like
 ":D".

 Steps to reproduce:
 1. Start a pidgin chat with Default or Small smileys enabled.
 2. Send ":D"
 3. Observe odd smiley

 Workaround:
 a) Disable smileys
 b) Install a custom smiley theme

 Offending smiley attached.
