 Sorting different-language-contacts in the alphabet order doesn't work
 properly on Windows systems (Windows XP and 7 tested). Contacts are named
 in Russian and English.

 Common way is to sort them like this:
 1) english-named contacts in alphbetical order
 2) russian-named contacts in alphbetical order

 This error appears only in Windows. In Ubuntu everything is ok.
