 Many users have requested the ability to have IM converstation windows set
 to always-on top.
 The entry in the FAQ suggests that this can be solved by setting the buddy
 list to always on top, ignoring that these are two different windows.

 I would like to be able to set windows to stay on top, and this is
 (according to another ticket) Provided by the transparency plugin.
 (That ticket was closed with "Works for me")
 But the FAQ was never updated.
 The plugin is not specifically for this feature, and I would never have
 thought to install it without reading that comment of that particular
 ticket.

 Windows: If you just want the buddy list to always be on top, you can dock
 it to the side of your desktop using the "Windows Pidgin Options" plugin.
 A user has also recommended the freeware Windows utility, PowerMenu which
 can set any window to be 'Always On Top'.

 I wasted a lot of time installing PowerMenu for this feature, when it was
 not needed, and the developers are clearly aware of this better solution.
