New description:

 selectively block messages from popping up, have a counter in the status
 and the messages saved in the history. when you click on the
 "user" to send a message the new messages will show up. im thinking this
 mostly for identi.ca and twitter but it could be useful for blocking real
 people from popping up too. also have the messages poppup with the dbus
 messaging so you can read it and not have to close a window .
