 When someone in ICQ requests authorization, Pidgin shows ICQ number of new
 user. If user don't expect this somebody's authorization, first thing he
 want to do is to see user information.

 It would be convenient to have button for viewing user details.
 But AFAIK Pidgin don't have feature for viewing user details for users not
 in contact list, so at least ICQ number in displayed authorization message
 can be clickable and point on http://www.icq.com/people/<UIN>
