 I can't reproduce this with the latest versions of both QIP 2005 (build
 8095) and QIP 2010 (build 3397). All Cyrillic messages from QIP to Pidgin
 2.7.1 (and vice versa) go through just fine, even when the Pidgin contact
 is not authorized by QIP. If you have more specific instructions to
 reproduce this, you're welcome to add a comment. Meanwhile, I think this
 bug can be closed.
