 I think would allow for an increased usability if the smiley window of
 conversations could behave like follows:

 1) One clicks on the smiley button in the conversation window and keeps
 holding the mouse button.
 2) The smiley window pops out.
 3) One hovers the desired smiley and releases the mouse button.
 4) The smiley is inserted and the smiley window is closed.

 Currently this is not possible since the smiley window is popped out on
 the button release event already.
