 Have searched existing tickets for "multiple" to no avail in this context.

 When forwarding a message in ICQ, one could select by checkbox one or
 multiple or all of your buddies to receive the forwarded message.

 I'd like to be able to forward, and furthermore to SEND a new message to
 multiple buddies (current need based on trying to tell a small but
 distributed development team to keep their fingers out of the sandbox
 simultaneously ;-)

 Is there already a plugin for this functionality?  If not, is it something
 on a wish list already?
