 A chat group 'fusion_functional_training' was first created and working
 fine. It was verified that others were able to join the chat group and it
 was working fine with no issues. Then one day, when trying to open the
 chat group, I got an 'Error joining the chat' message. As a quick work
 around, we created another group chat 'fusion_functional_training1', and
 it was working. But now we are having the same issue again with the new
 group chat.
 Here is the error message I am getting:

 Error joining chat fusion_functional_training1 at conference.oracle.com

 404: Item Not Found

 Note: the first group chat 'fusion_functional_training' is now working
 again. The issue is that it works and doesn't work from time to time.

 We are using the group chat as a means of communication to resolve urgent
 issues with a Functional Training event and this is a problem when the
 group chat stops working.
