 Using Pidgin on a Windows 7 Ultimate x64 build, no installed plugins.

 When my LCD TV is turned on or off, my computer registers this as a
 hardware removal event/hardware add event, and my display flickers on and
 off. About 25% of the time, during this transition, Pidgin will crash with
 a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library message, stating the following:

 "Runtime Error!

 Program: C:\7Apps\Pidgin\pidgin.exe

 This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual
 way.
 Please contact the application's support team for more information."

 Once I click the Ok button, it crashes to the standard Windows Error
 Reporting service, which allows me to send a report and then closes Pidgin
 outright.

 Unfortunately, despite having Debugging Symbols installed, it appears that
 this type of crash precludes Pidgin from generating the RPT file that the
 bug report instructions say to copy, as I do not see it in
 %APPDATA%/.purple, and in fact cannot find any .rpt files on my computer
 at all.
