 I am having the same problem with Original Smileys v1.9 by Andrei Neculau,
 however I wanted to add that not only are some of the emoticons slow some
 of them are super fast.  Others appear to be working completely normally.

 For instance, using this icon pack for YIM, the ":))" emoticon (laughing)
 works at a normal speed.  However, directly beside it the ":((" emoticon
 (crying) is about 2x to 3x faster than normal.  And beside that one, the
 ">:)" (devil) is at least 2x slower than it should be.  That is only 3
 instances and the specific references may be specific to my computer, but
 nearly the entire list is behaving strangely.
