 When I type the apostrophe key it gives me a grave accent (´) and the
 quotes key gives me umlauts (¨)

 I have US-International keyboard layout but it does this when I set it
 back to US-English too. No other program I have works this way. Also it
 puts the grave accent on many letters it seems whereas the normal US-
 International just puts it on vowels. How do I make it work like other
 programs?
