 The Windows installation seems to be broken. I have just downloaded Pidgin
 2.7.2 and have confirmed that when executing the Windows installer
 'Spanish' is not available as a language.

 PS: This seems to have happened since December last year as I started
 getting reports from users not being able to startup Pidgin with Spanish
 as a language
