Comment:

 You can configure how many times the taskbar flashes using the "Flash
 taskbar button X times" value from the win32 Tweak UI (available from
 [http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
 microsoft]) "Prevent applications from stealing focus" setting.
