 There are currently 8 usernames that vary only by case.

 I say "currently" because trac has lost the user registrations more than
 once, so there could historically be more (in which case there would be
 tickets / ticket changes made by users that vary only by case).

 I'm planning to look into upgrading to trac 0.12 at some point in the not
 too distant future, I'll try to remember to look into what can be done
 about adding some sort of note at the same time.
