 Currently Pidgin doesn't properly support files over 4GB in size. The way
 it handles this is by skipping over the file in 4GB blocks and only
 downloads the last 4GB block.
 For example: If I start a download of a 10GB file, it will skip the first
 8GB and downloads the last 2GB.
