New description:

 hi, i had to re-intall this morning pidgin 2.7.2 because the software
 refused to launch.
 since the reinstall, i can't connect to chat.facebook.com with my account
 anymore using the XMPP protocol. pidgin tells i have been disconnected and
 telling "you want a number, but it's not available on this server" ...

 connecting to facebook using a third party plugin is working.(but 'im
 getting disconnected from the facebook chat all the time with it, thanks.
