 The pidgin-installer.nsi script removes the entire locale and pixmaps
 folders on uninstall, rather than individual files inside it.  The side-
 effect is that 3rd party pixmaps and locales (eg from prpl's) have to be
 reinstalled after upgrading pidgin.
