 My friend left a message offline that goes like this (where after the
 timestamp and his screenname(plus ':' ) is his message ):

 Each time I opened pidgin(or gaim), these 4 lines would show up and then
 crashed pidgin(or gaim)

 I have tried to get a backtrace for pidgin, but there is not so much
 debugging information available, not sure this is helpful at all( the
 pidgin is installed at a public directory in our university, so I cannot
 recompile the program with -g or something similar), the incomplete
