 2.7.2 will contain these fixes.

 It would still be immensely helpful if you could provide a packet capture
 of accessing http://vcs1.msg.yahoo.com/capacity in your browser so we can
 see what we're doing wrong.  The new build is working only because I
 implemented a last-ditch fallback mechanism that I'm positive won't work
 forever.  If we can see what the browser is doing that we're not, we might
 be able to fix our code.
