 I am trying to get the pidgin dev env set up using the instructions for
 setting up the build environment on windows and I found a link in the
 instructions that is no longer valid:
 http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw/files/GNU%20Binutils/binutils-2.20/binutils-2.20-1-mingw32-bin.tar.gz/download
 It looks like wingw is on a newer version and that link doesn't exist in
 sourceforge anymore.
 Does anyone know what the actual download is for the binutils-2.20 ?
