Comment:

 No, there isn't a lot we can do about this; you shouldn't be putting PHP
 in your System PATH (just like you shouldn't be putting Pidgin in your
 PATH) - it has a history of shipping incompatible dlls with the same names
 as other commonly used dlls (previously PHP's aspell dll used to cause
 Pidgin crashes).

 If you need PHP in the PATH for certain programs, you I suggest you use a
 batch file to set up your path or set up an application specific path
 (google "App Paths").
