 I've the same. On the transfer interface, you can only read the correct
 state in the details (percentage and number of bytes are corrects).

 In the list, status of transfer may be sometimes 100%, sometimes xx% and
 the remaining indicate "Unknown" or a wrong value.

 So, when the checkbox to delete ended transfers is checked, nothing is
 deleted. TCP connection remained CLOSE_WAIT till the line is manually
 deleted, and when you do that it's considered as a cancellation of
 transfer in pigin message interface even if success.
