 We've used GroupWise at our institution. We are now migrating to Pidgin
 using the XMPP protocol. What we miss most is the chat session flashing
 continuously in the task bar until the user responds to a message. We do
 get the three flashes when setting the Flash when receiving message check
 box in preferences. But that's not enough to catch a message when multi-
 tasking at the work station. We've also tried a few plug-ins but they just
 don't fit the need. The feature we really miss is the continue flashing of
 the Pidgin chat session in the task bar until the chat session receives
 focus.
