 IRC command "/names #channel" requires one to have joined the given
 channel, because results will be shown in that channels tab. This is not
 very useful, since one can see the user list in the channels tab anyways,
 when joined.
 Instead of this, the command should pop up some window, enabling the user
 to have a list of the users in a channel without joining it.
