 Hi -

 I can help.  I run [http://www.opencsta.org] - it's a java implementation
 of CSTA phase III for Siemens phone systems, phase I for Ericsson using
 applink 4.0, and there's skeleton code for Alcatel.

 For uaCSTA (The SIP variant of CSTA) there's even less skeleton code - but
 I'm waiting for various resources to come up with sample code for Polycom
 and Snom phones.

 I can definitely help.  OpenCSTA is licensed LGPL, so it's pretty easy to
 integrate with other projects.  I'm subscribed to this ticket so just keep
 the chatter going.
