 In pidgin 2.6.5 and earlier, when "show offline buddies" is unchecked,
 expanding a contact with multiple accounts used to show at least the one
 account online and the rest that were not. the same goes for tooltips.

 Now only if "show offline buddies" is checked, the offline contact is
 shown when expanded or in a tooltip.
