 Right, that's a similar idea to what I think might be happening here.
 Though not quite the same if the idle timeout fixes it here. Here it is
 more likely to be focus switching preventing other focus switching or
 something like that, the idea being that you are dismissing a dialog and
 probably want to go back to the original window not have your focus
 "stolen" by something else or something like that.
