 Actually, it is. The problem is I always used "Join Chat" and only learned
 about "Add Chat" recently. If the reasoning for the "Join Chat" is to use
 it for chats you join seldomly, then maybe this is a valid reasoning for
 the MRU (or otherwise remove the "join chat" dialog; but I realize it may
 be a irc only thing and there may some limitation on what you can plug in
 the "add chat" dialog)...
 But maybe it's just me, otherwise this feature would have been requested
 before ;-)
