 in windows xp sp3 when going to control panel > regional and language
 options > advanced tab "language for non-unicode programs" and selecting
 "japanese" and restarting your computer all text in yahoo japan shows up
 in pidgin but when switching it to english (united states) it doesnt work.
 using the "official" yahoo japan client it works and all text shows up,
 but the official yahoo client has less options than pidgin. you have to
 restart your computer everytime you wanna use yahoo japan and restart
 again to use your english programs. it forces you to choose between
 english programs or pidgin. we can do both. love your pidgin, but enhance
 it to be the best it can be.
